Roles & Responsibilities •Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions. •Analyze existing business processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains using D365. Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems. •Connect with onsite BSA regularly to sync up on the progress and direction. •Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and process workflows. Ensure documentation is updated and accessible. •Leverage your knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM/F&O) to provide functional support and guidance. Configure D365 modules as needed to align with business processes. •Knowledge on Power platform PowerApps, Power Automate, PVA•Documentation skills to write FDD, wire frames, Visio and process documents. •Work with the Dynamics 365 CRM Functional and Technical Consultants to design and configure solutions that meet the clients business needs. •Map requirements to functional modules. •Ability to make fit gap analysis. •Ability to understand persona specific setup, example Sales manager, branch manager, teller etc. •Demonstration skills to explain the functional approach to technical team. •Strong ability to drive the discussions with Business Analyst, Product owners and customers. •Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and functional specifications. •Recommend solutions within D365 to address business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. •Assist in the planning and execution of D365 implementation project. Work wi th project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions. •Coordinate and conduct testing of D365 solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and quality standards. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). •Experience working as functional consultant in minimum 2-3 Implementations. •Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting. •Provide support to clients during testing and go-live phases. •Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 CRM •Knowledge on CRM Integrations, best practices, and DevOps •Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365-related issues.
Salary Range- $90,000-$120,000 a year
