Responsibilities

• Explore cutting-edge technologies such as computer vision, AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content), and multimodal machine learning in content commerce.
• Apply technologies like AIGC to enhance various aspects of e-commerce, including product creativity, material generation and optimization, virtual try-on, and video generation/editing.
• Understand multimodal content in TikTok videos, identifying structured information related to e-commerce to meet diverse consumer purchasing needs.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.
• Recent graduate or final year student with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch or similar frameworks, and experience with mixed precision training, distributed training, and deployment using TensorRT.

• Software engineering experience from internships, work, competitions, or publications.
• Research or internship experience in e-commerce, multimodal/AIGC, image/video understanding, or generation.
• Publications in conferences like KDD, NeurIPS, WWW, etc., in computer vision/multimodality.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

Additional Information

The annual base salary ranges from $145,000 to $250,000, with potential bonuses, stock units, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be able to start by the end of 2025 and clearly state their availability and graduation date in their application.

This role is full-time, based in locations such as San Jose or Redwood City, CA, and is suitable for new graduates aiming to kickstart their careers in AI and e-commerce supply chain innovations.
