Responsibilities
Learn to safely and efficiently operate various pieces of converting equipment. Effectively learn and apply established quality control procedures. Execute position responsibilities as they pertain to the assigned work center. Read and follow order specification documents. Consistently work to develop or enhance skill set. Work collaboratively with co-workers to achieve company goals. Follow all company rules and policies. Successfully work in multiple areas of the converting plant. Essential Skills
Ability to read and write English. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills. Comfortable around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform mentally and physically at high pace. Strong attention to detail. Basic math knowledge and ability to read a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manufacturing with good tenure. Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Ambitious with long-term goals. Curiosity and willingness to ask questions. Ability to work overtime. Why Work Here?

Work in a very large facility that experiences seasonal temperature changes. The environment includes a variety of machines such as Flexograph, Flexo folder, and Gluer. The work schedule consists of a day shift from Monday to Thursday with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays. Employees may work on different days during weekends. Dress appropriately for physical work in varying temperatures. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, Washington. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
