About The Role: 21CS seeks a skilled z/OS software developer to work collaboratively in a team using modern development practices focused on customer value and continuous improvement. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and debugging enterprise-level products that meet business and customer needs. Strong z/OS skills and a passion for learning are essential. Required Skills: Senior experience in Mainframe (z/OS) development. Understanding of ISPF, JCL, and IBM utilities. Proficiency in Assembler or C++ on z/OS. Self-organized with strong analysis and troubleshooting skills; capable of leading problem-solving and development tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Skills: Systems Programming experience. Experience with Storage management and DFSMS access methods. Skills in Assembler, C/C++, REXX, ISPF dialog development. Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and GDPS. Web/UI integration experience with z/OS products. Benefits and Perks:
