About the Role We’re l ooking for a highly motivated Maintenance Engineer who takes pride in problem-solving, proactive upkeep, and ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless stay. What You’ll Do Perform and document routine and preventive maintenance in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more Diagnose and resolve guest-facing and internal repair issues swiftly and effectively Ensure the hotel’s safety systems—fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits—are fully functional Collaborate cross-departmentally (front desk, housekeeping) to resolve issues efficiently Participate in emergency preparedness and safety training Maintain clean and safe work areas, reporting hazards promptly Assist in property-wide seasonal maintenance such as snow removal and landscaping What You Bring Solid knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role Commitment to guest service excellence and safety standards Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and routine safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , climb ladders, and work in tight spaces You’ll Thrive Here If You...
