The Mobile Mammography Technologist performs stereotactic breast biopsies, schedules exams with patients, and handles post-procedure follow-ups including phone calls, obtaining biopsy results, faxing to referring physicians, tracking in systems, and informing radiologists of results. It offers advanced medical care, conducts research, and houses Greater Cincinnati's only Level I adult trauma center. Responsibilities Perform mammographic and DEXA procedures per protocols, including patient history review and explaining procedures. Prepare images, review previous studies, and submit for interpretation. Maintain records, participate in continuing education, and ensure equipment quality. Follow up on abnormal mammograms, coordinate patient scheduling, and ensure proper documentation. Qualifications Associate of Science Degree in Radiology Technology, registered with ARRT. Must obtain Advanced certification in Mammography within 12 months. State licensure as a Radiographer in Ohio. Preferred: One year of mammography experience or willingness to train.
