Saks Global Properties & Investments includes Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus flagship properties and represents nearly 13 million square feet of prime U.S. real estate holdings and investments in luxury markets. You Will Be: As the Consultant, Organization Transformation and Development, you will support the successful execution of team and project goals by contributing to the development of materials, assisting in the coordination of activities, and supporting collaboration. You will report to the senior manager and help gather and analyze information, create supporting deliverables, and ensure progress against important tasks. You are expected to take ownership of assigned work, remain responsive to moving priorities, and contribute to a positive team environment while building foundational skills for future growth. What You Will Do: Support the team in the development of strategies and frameworks, contributing to important deliverables and managing yours and others' work against core timelines. Use strategies and frameworks developed by the team to shape your deliverables with some oversight; able to produce high-quality, accurate drafts of core documents such as project frameworks, project plans, and project analysis. Build relationships by listening, looking for input, and valuing different perspectives to ensure more efficient execution of program efforts. Apply analytical capabilities to in-flight programs, identifying basic trends and patterns in data or outcomes. Support the team in identifying everyday challenges and proposing practical solutions; assist team leadership in escalating important risks through the appropriate frameworks that support the program or initiative (e.g., status reports). Embrace change with a learning mindset by adapting to new priorities, accepting feedback, and looking for opportunities to grow. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 2 years of proven experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation.
