Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement of materials and services that support our project delivery teams nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with project managers, operations, and finance teams to forecast needs and mitigate supply risks. Oversee procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory records. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Vista (or similar ERP systems). Experience with Procore or other project management tools is a plus.
