Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring the delivery of premier products and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster technical innovation. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, focusing on performance management. 12+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD with 8 years in technical management. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing managers and 5+ years managing technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing teams that productize Computer Vision or AI/Machine Learning technologies from conception to deployment. Technical expertise in machine perception, including machine vision and deep learning. Experience interfacing with hardware teams to set requirements and evaluate product trade-offs. Background in managing hardware-software development projects, including rapid prototyping. Advanced degrees or work experience related to Computer Vision or AI/Machine Learning, especially in 3D reconstruction, position tracking, or related domains. Actual pay is determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
