Full-Time We're hiring a
Manager of ERP Systems
to lead a team responsible for building, supporting, and enhancing SAP platforms and related enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and deep technical experience in SAP who can bridge business goals with scalable technology solutions. The Manager will oversee a broad range of SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, BTP, IBP, CPIDS, and SAP integrations. You'll work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and other business units to ensure system reliability, compliance, and performance-while also driving DevOps best practices across the ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities ERP Platform Leadership (50%)
Lead the design, development, testing, and support of SAP solutions Manage SAP engineering, support, and administration teams Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technology outcomes Oversee SAP integration, system configuration, and audit readiness Support system health, performance monitoring, patching, and compliance Act as the point of escalation for SAP-related incidents Lead resource planning, performance reviews, and team development Technical and Vendor Management (25%)
Manage a mix of internal employees and external (onshore/offshore) contractors Promote standardized and scalable development and support practices Coordinate vendor relationships and escalate platform issues as needed Support a collaborative, accountable team environment DevOps Center of Excellence (25%)
Define and implement policies for software release, test, and quality management Align DevOps practices with enterprise standards and project goals Support test strategy, automation, and process documentation across teams Partner with business and IT leaders to improve delivery and quality
Qualifications
10+ years of SAP experience across development, testing, and operations 5+ years of experience in ABAP development, SAP middleware/integrations, or Basis Experience with SAP SD, EWM or WM, and Order-to-Cash processes Strong skills in ABAP debugging, mass data uploads, and troubleshooting Hands-on knowledge of SAP PO/PI, CPI, IDOC, BAPI/RFC, and SAP Cloud technologies Experience with SAP Cloud extensions, CI/CD pipelines, and BTP tools Proven success managing diverse teams and external vendors Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
S/4 Finance experience Experience with process optimization and enterprise integrations Background in managing audits, compliance, and system performance tuning
