ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all aspects of program deliverables from project inception to implementation. Collaborate with Business Leadership to define vision, data standards and change management roadmaps. Assist to facilitate and conduct workshops with end users and stakeholders for process mapping, deep-dive discussions, business analysis, collection of requirements, and requirements documentation and review. Adequately document, prioritize and follow up on takeaways from the workshop, consolidate findings into core documentation. Work closely with Client Project Manager, Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance and Application Engineering teams to complete and/or support project deliverables related to business case, business analysis, use cases, delivery management, test plans and test cases, test execution, user training guide, post go live support management, and project management and communications activities. Support teams to implement software requirements and communicate system enhancements. Manage deliverables for initiatives and adhere to development methodologies. Consult frequently with Client internal users to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns. Conduct meetings and presentations with Client stakeholders and business users. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Work cross functionally with other departments to achieve goals. Provide ongoing reporting as requested by the business. Collaborate with leads to tackle ongoing issues list and partner on continuous improvement with enhancements. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred. 4+ years of data management experience preferably leading large cross functional, multi-team, data-centric programs preferred. 4+ years of proven experience in business/systems analysis and project/program management preferred. In-depth understanding of Master Data Management, data governance, data architecture, data analysis, data profiling, data quality, and system integration preferred. Excellent documentation, planning, organization, and communication skills to achieve stated objectives. Ability to work & contribute independently and drive results & desired outcomes in a team-oriented work environment preferred. Strong group / workshop facilitation skills preferred. 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality domains, and MDM tools (SAP MDG preferred) preferred. 3+ years of supply chain experience preferred. Advanced competency in G-Suite applications, primarily Slides & Sheets preferred. Knowledge of Data Centers, Cloud Operations, Facilities Management, Engineering and Construction preferred. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
