Manager of Data Analytics (Remote)
Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights across clinical, operational, and financial domains. This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics leader who thrives in fast-paced, regulated healthcare environments and has a track record of driving impact through data. What you'll do Lead and mentor a team of analysts; guide daily priorities and long-term development. Oversee multiple concurrent data projects supporting clinical operations, finance, and executive leadership. Own data accuracy, validation, and QA standards across deliverables. Analyze complex healthcare data sets, including claims, clinical, and patient-level data. Translate findings into clear, actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau. Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, IT, and external partners to support strategic decision-making. Continuously evaluate and implement analytics best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake). Support value-based care, risk adjustment, and reimbursement model analysis.
What you bring Bachelor's degree in Mathematics,Computer Science, Economics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. 5+ years of hands-on advancedSQLexperience with large-scale data systems. 5+ years of experience using reporting tools such asPower BI,SSRS, orTableau. Hands-on experience working with healthcare data (clinical, claims, revenue cycle). Skilled in working with both structured and unstructured datasets. Familiarity with Azure Data Lakes, Microsoft Fabric, or similar cloud data environments. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Comfort working independently in a remote setting and balancing multiple projects.
