CNC Lathe Operator
Join our team as a CNC Lathe Operator and bring precision to our manufacturing process. You'll operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts and contribute to our efficient production line. Key Responsibilities for CNC Lathe Operator:
Machine Operation: Set up and run CNC lathe machines to craft precision parts. Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints to grasp detailed job specifications. Quality Monitoring: Oversee machine operations to guarantee both quality and efficiency. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards. Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to enhance production methods. Who We're Looking For:
Experience: Prior role as a CNC Lathe Operator or in a similar capacity. Skills:
Strong understanding of materials handling and mechanics. Knowledgeable about machining processes and tools like press brakes and stamping presses. Proficient with forklifts and other material-handling tools. Familiar with quality control processes to maintain high product standards. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is beneficial.
