Our team is dedicated to helping businesses effectively reach their target audience with innovative, cost-efficient, and creative solutions.
Responsible for programming and processing variable data files, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of print and mail jobs.
Responsibilities
Manipulate and format data from multiple sources to meet project specifications. Ensure all output files meet quality and postal standards. Coordinate with project managers to verify job requirements and ensure successful file hand off. Maintain documentation of data workflows, job specs, and programming logic for repeatability and compliance. Identify and resolve data or file issues quickly and accurately. Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Ability to identify patterns in data for data transformation. Ability to identify workflow processes and understand them. Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapid change. Ability to deal with and balance multiple priorities. Highly self-motivated and delivery-focused. Actively promotes a positive team spirit, builds networks to enhance effectiveness and share knowledge. May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
