JLL Position Overview
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of Workplace Experience Program initiatives in partnership with operational and support teams across the Americas region. Your primary responsibilities include supporting regional delivery of workplace experience initiatives and driving strategic direction in alignment with the global workplace experience vision and business objectives. The location of the role will be in Houston, US with possible travel within the Americas region. Position Overview

Your primary responsibilities include supporting regional delivery of workplace experience initiatives and driving strategic direction in alignment with the global workplace experience vision and business objectives. The location of the role will be in Houston, US with possible travel within the Americas region.
As the Workplace Experience Lead, you will play a pivotal role implementing workplace experience programs that bring the global employee experience plan to life across client sites throughout the Americas. The successful candidate will champion mutual success by connecting workplace strategy with business objectives and employee experience goals while executing regional projects that strengthen the global workplace experience vision.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management
Serve as the strategic advisor and relationship champion within our vested partnership model, ensuring mutual success and continuous value creation Identify and develop strategic goals, priorities, and desired outcomes aligned with the global vision Collaborate closely with the Global Workplace Experience team to ensure global consistency Champion and promote Workplace Experience initiatives to business leadership and identifying key areas of support for business units Foster strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and customers by facilitating regular customer forums to encourage 360-degree feedback Work closely with the Regional Director to establish a robust governance framework, including conducting annual, quarterly, and monthly governance meetings
Roadmap For Workplace Experience Program
Plan, manage and implement site-specific Workplace Experience Program initiatives, aligning with global vision and adapted to regional needs Drive continuous improvement through shared data analytics and transparent benchmarking Identify opportunities for service enhancement, assisting the client in making informed decisions regarding cost and value add Report on progress, share innovation and best practices, and celebrate successes
Promote And Deliver Workplace Experience Initiatives
Develop a business case for program pilots, with support from site teams Assist on-site teams in building out project plans to achieve desired outcomes and provide progress reports Identify key themes to support program objectives
Employee Engagement
Oversee the regional engagement strategy to enhance workplace experience and employee satisfaction Support sites in implementing and delivering their engagement plans Collaborate with business resource groups and communications teams to ensure necessary support for engagement initiatives
Collaborate with partners for Workplace Strategies and Change Management programs
Champion the global workplace experience roadmap, working closely with global Workplace Experience Centre of Excellence Leads

The ideal candidate will bring the following:
Relevant experience in workplace, corporate real estate, hospitality, events, or the service industry A degree or diploma in the appropriate discipline Track record of co-creating innovative solutions that deliver measurable outcomes Knowledge of processes such as visitor management, meeting room support, employee engagement, internal communications, and general facility management Understanding of workplace analytics to make data-driven decisions Awareness about generic office design and ways of working principles Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels Experience working across multiple countries and be familiar with the diverse cultures of the Americas region Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills Willingness and ability to travel if required Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders, including team members, colleagues, and external clients
