Maternity Support Services offered by Sea Mar's Maternal Health Clinic in Monroe
Provides support and information to pregnant women related to prenatal and postpartum health. Services that may be available include: Prenatal and postpartum education groups Breastfeeding groups Transportation assistance during pregnancy Hospital tours in English and Spanish Behavioral health counseling Dental care Additionally, we provide support and guidance in the care of infants from 2-3 months old through their first birthday for those who need additional help. Sea Mar Community Health Centers provides comprehensive medical, dental, family health planning, and social services. Multilingual family health workers offer health advocacy and community resource education for limited English-speaking seniors. We also provide chemical dependency treatment services, outpatient behavioral health clinics for individual and family counseling, youth anger management, and bilingual domestic violence survivor and chemical dependency support groups. Additionally, we operate a combined Head Start/ECEAP preschool classroom and provide WIC services.
