ThestrongDispatcher/strongis responsible for assisting Local Pamp;D to efficiently and effectively support drivers of our fast-paced organization.br /

liStrong call handling performance as measured by the Call Availability Report (CAR)./li
liHigh performance of fleets that are assigned./li
liBe recognized by team, peers, and drivers as a key supporter./li
liDemonstrate great customer service with drivers./li

liActs as an extension of Fleet Supervisor of fleets assigned./li
liCommunicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity./li
liAccurately enters information into company computer systems./li
liEscalates problems per escalations guidelines./li
liWorks with team members to solve problems./li
liProvides clear work instructions to drivers./li
liDemonstrates high resource utilization./li
liAbility to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./li

liHigh School Diploma or GED./li
liStrong customer service skills./li
liBasic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography./li
liCompetent user of MS Office./li
