As a Customer Success Engineer at Quantum Metric, you will support clients by managing their implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth. You will understand client obstacles, define requirements, and develop solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Architect: Enable stakeholders to execute their digital strategy by understanding objectives, defining implementation plans, and configuring the Quantum Metric platform accordingly. Engineer: Develop custom JavaScript functions for data analytics, configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for real-time performance visibility. Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions. Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or solutions consulting preferred. Knowledge of web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and UX/UI best practices. Development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with React, Angular, Vue, or mobile is a plus. Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc. Proficiency with browser developer tools and performance optimization techniques. Strong project management and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to connect with diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
