Zeus . Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of positions at all levels across the organization. Develop talent acquisition strategies in partnership with the talent management leader to attract and retain high-quality candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Continuously improve the talent acquisition process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability. Utilize data-driven insights to track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs. Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for seamless coordination. Refine recruitment workflows to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill. Manage a recruitment dashboard to monitor key metrics and implement corrective actions when needed. Design and deliver structured interview training for hiring managers, focusing on behavioral interviewing, legal compliance, bias reduction, and candidate evaluation. Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media, networking, and job boards to attract diverse candidates. Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Zeus as an employer of choice. Refine college recruitment strategies, attend job fairs and industry events to build the talent pipeline. Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. Lead internal audits related to hiring practices, documentation, and background checks. Develop and maintain HR policies related to recruitment, onboarding, and employment. Train hiring managers and HR staff on best practices and compliance topics. Support audits and investigations as needed. Stay updated on legal trends and recommend HR practice adjustments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. At least 5 years in talent acquisition with a focus on compliance and operational excellence, including 2 years in manufacturing. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team and supporting professional growth. Strong skills in recruitment operations, process optimization, and metrics-driven decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools like ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to travel up to 20% to Zeus manufacturing locations in South Carolina.
