We are seeking an experienced .NET Framework 4.0 Consultant to join our team on a staff augmentation basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, particularly in building SOAP-based web services using ASMX and WCF. A solid background in managing security and access through Microsoft AzMan is also essential. This role involves developing new web services, integrating with existing applications, and transitioning from legacy services to new solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop a new SOAP-based web service to be used by existing applications within the organization. Implement the service using a pre-defined service contract used by the current system. Replicate the data retrieval functionality of the existing service, specifically for retrieving security and access details from Microsoft AzMan. Decommission the current AzMan-based service once the new solution has been successfully implemented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the new service with current applications and systems. Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues during the integration process. Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, with hands-on experience in building ASMX and WCF SOAP-based web services. Strong knowledge of Microsoft AzMan for managing security and access. Experience working with pre-defined service contracts and integrating them with existing systems. Proven experience in service decommissioning and transitioning from legacy systems to newer solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle complex tasks. Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with newer .NET versions (5.0, 6.0) and migrating legacy services to modern technologies. Experience working in agile or cross-functional team environments. Certifications:
