Technical Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics
to lead a strategic assessment of our current CRM environment. This is an initial contract role with high potential for follow-up implementation and project work based on assessment results. You will guide the internal stakeholders through a comprehensive review of how we're using Dynamics 365 Sales today and build a roadmap for optimizing and scaling its use. Lead an in-depth assessment of our current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) implementation Analyze existing processes, configurations, and user adoption Identify gaps in system usage, data integrity, and integration with Business Central Define and document a go-forward plan including recommended changes, data strategies, and process improvements Collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management Provide functional recommendations and a roadmap for improving CRM capabilities in alignment with business goals Work with internal and external resources to plan integration efforts and technical feasibility Advise on future implementation phases, including potential need for additional resources (development, data, BSA) What you will need to be successful: Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), including firsthand experience with implementations and optimizations Background in Technical Project Management or Program Management with CRM-centric projects Understanding of Microsoft Business Central and data integrations between CRM and ERP platforms Familiarity with Azure Cloud environments Solid grasp of workflows, automations, and Dynamics capabilities (without needing to be a developer) Ability to assess system usage, gather business requirements, and provide high-level strategic and technical insights Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, or partnering with BSAs for system assessments Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working with internal IT and business teams as well as third-party vendors Experience in environments with 80+ users across sales, marketing, and account management functions Previous involvement with data transformation projects, Azure data lakes, and/or customer master data management Located in or near the Midwest U.S. or able to travel to the region for occasional onsite meetings Benefits overview:
