Position:

Antitrust & Competition Law Associate (Mid-Level)

Experience:

3–6 years of transactional antitrust experience, ideally including HSR, deal counseling, and merger investigations before the FTC, DOJ, and other enforcement agencies. Additional experience with antitrust investigations, complex federal litigations, and client counseling is strongly desired.

The team advises on complex transactions, high-stakes investigations, and sophisticated litigation across industries such as technology, pharmaceuticals, health care, and retail. The firm is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of relevant antitrust experience (private firm or government agency)
• Demonstrated experience with HSR filings, deal counseling, and merger investigations
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and assume significant responsibility
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Washington, DC
• Experience with technology, pharmaceutical, health care, or retail industries is desirable but not required

The salary range for this position is $260,000 – $495,000, commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
