Base pay range

$230,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr

This is a premier opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a top-tier corporate practice with a focus on emerging growth companies, venture capital, and M&A. Ideal for a JD class of 2020–2021 with substantial large law firm experience, especially those eager to work directly with founders, boards, and top-tier investors. This role will involve significant client contact and a mix of company-side and investor-side work.
What You’ll Do

• Advise emerging growth companies through all stages of the corporate lifecycle
• Handle venture financings, growth equity, and private equity transactions
• Support both buy-side and sell-side M&A deals
• Collaborate with GCs, CEOs, and partners to structure high-value deals
• Deliver responsive counsel on corporate governance and transactional issues
  

Experience You’ll Need

• JD from a top law school (Class of 2020 or 2021)
• Large law firm experience required
• Substantive experience in VC, growth equity, or M&A
• Strong interest in startups and emerging companies
• Comfortable with direct client exposure, including C-suite and board-level clients
