Duties
Represent lenders and borrowers in finance transactions. Draft, review, and revise credit agreements and related documents. Manage acquisition financings and private credit facilities. Interact with clients and manage deal processes. Requirements
3-6 years of experience in finance or corporate law. Experience with broadly syndicated credit facilities. Strong drafting skills and academic background. Admission to one or more state bars. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Bar admission in at least one state. Skills
Superior drafting and negotiation skills. Proactive and team-oriented approach. Ability to manage significant responsibilities. Health insurance with optional HSA.
