Midnight Supervisor . In this leadership position, you'll play a critical role in supporting staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining a calm, organized environment during overnight hours. Position Highlights Schedule:

Full-Time, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay Rate:

$40/hour Role Open to RNs and LPNs

with supervisory experience What You'll Do Oversee overnight nursing staff and ensure resident needs are met Make critical decisions in coordination with clinical teams Maintain documentation and ensure care standards are followed Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in resident conditions Support a team culture focused on safety, dignity, and compassion What You Need Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Previous supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Work With Us?
