Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in configuring and supporting network components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Provide Tier I/II support for LAN/WAN, wireless systems, and virtual network environments. Troubleshoot network-related issues in coordination with NOC/SOC teams. Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and inventory lists. Implement routine upgrades and patches to network infrastructure. Perform monitoring using tools such as SolarWinds and other SNMP-based systems. Support help desk and customer service functions related to connectivity and access.
Experience
Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field. Minimum of two years of experience in network support and implementation. Proven experience in supporting systems across public, private, and hybrid environments. Strong understanding of network technologies.
Certifications
Network+ OR Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) ASWS Certified solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect or similar certifications are preferred.
