A physician-led dermatology practice in scenic Colorado Springs is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-demand surgical volume, supported by a seasoned team and in-house lab, with the option to pursue partnership and practice ownership.
Position Details
Opportunity to perform Mohs surgery and cutaneous oncology with flexible options to include general or cosmetic dermatology.
Modern in-house labs are staffed with experienced technicians.
Supportive clinical and administrative team.
Anticipated 20–30 Mohs cases per week with opportunity for growth.
4-day work week option with flexible scheduling.
Partnership opportunity available within 2 years.
Candidate Requirements
Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon, preferably ACMS certified or eligible.
Strong surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.
Desire to grow in a physician-owned practice with leadership opportunities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $450,000 – $650,000 plus productivity incentives.
Total compensation potential exceeding $700,000-$1,000,000 with performance and ownership participation.
Relocation assistance and signing bonus.
