What You'll Actually Do as the Mortgage Operations Analyst: Conduct in-depth analysis of mortgage loan data to identify trends, risk areas, and performance gaps Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records across loan portfolios Drive continuous improvement efforts by optimizing business processes and reporting workflows Support leadership with timely and accurate reporting using advanced Excel techniques Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance and consistent data quality What You'll Need to Succeed as the Mortgage Operations Analyst: Minimum 5 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, charts, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage complex projects and adapt in a fast-paced setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills It's a Bonus If You've Used: Process automation or data modeling tools Experience working with third-party mortgage service providers Familiarity with reconciliation protocols and compliance monitoring Why This Role Fits Your Life: Employment type:
