Until Filled (CST) Nursing Bloomington, MN, USA 19.00-23.00 per hour The posted range for this position is determined by many variables including but not limited to: education; certifications and licensure; skills; knowledge; relevant experience and market conditions. An individual's pay rate will be determined by weighing these factors along with internal equity. Hourly Part Time Work on a beautiful campus with a great, experienced, diverse team that understands what care-giving is all about! $19/hr PLUS credit for past experience and shift differentials Benefits eligible at 64 hours pay period Medica health insurance Delta Dental Vision plan Life ins.; short term and long term disability PTO Flexible spending accounts for child care and other medical expenses Tuition assistance Employee cafeteria Block scheduling with flexibility to meet family and school needs Responsibilities and requirements: First Priority: Make the resident's day comfortable and enjoyable! Must be on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry (if not, ask about opportunities for becoming registered - we will reimburse or pay for class if hired) Provide all personal cares for our residents in a safe, compassionate manner Assist with bathing, eating, grooming, ambulating and transferring Report all changes in condition to the nurse EEO
