Identify, monitor, and enhance success metrics
(i.e., OKRs) across the consumer engagement portfolio, including engagement and opt-out rates
Managespecial projects within the portfolio , such as automating approval processes and developing innovative ways of working
Influence and coordinate
multiple stakeholders to identify roadblocks and understand opportunities to mitigate delays
Required Skills: Critical reasoning
– your primary responsibilities require you to operate at the intersection of project and product management. The team will lean on you to effectively get us to connect the dots between multiple ongoing priorities.

Required Qualifications 3+ years as a technical Product Manager at an early/late stage start-up or technical organization
2+ years experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver projects and/or products
2+ years experience with product management tools such as Jira
1+ year experience experience in communicating (oral & written) technical concepts and implications to business stakeholders and customers as well as business concepts and requirement to Data Science, Engineering, and other technical teams
Preferred Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience
building
workflow applications Passionate about making healthcare more efficient and wanting to be part of a transformational change
in
the Healthcare
industry Education Bachelor's degree in Quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics), Computer Science
, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related fieldrequired Master's degree preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
Time Type Full time
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $72,360.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
