Onsite in Dorchester, MA | $25–$28/hr (Depending on Experience)
Are you a proactive, hands-on administrative and facilities professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking to fill a temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate availability.
This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of both the administrative and facilities teams, acting as a reliable “go-to” for all things office-related—from facilities support and mailroom management to administrative coverage and event support.
Key Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr Location: 100% onsite in Boston (Dorchester) – Free onsite parking included Start Date: Immediate Vehicle Required: Daily post office runs (mileage reimbursed); may occasionally drive company vehicles
Responsibilities
Facilities Support
Perform basic building maintenance: light carpentry, hardware repairs, painting, plumbing, and lighting Support setup and breakdown for onsite events and meetings Respond to and track facility-related service requests
Office & Administrative Support
Serve as backup for front desk/reception Greet visitors and direct calls Stock and maintain kitchenette and breakroom areas Assist with office moves and new hire setup
Mailroom Operations
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, and UPS shipments Daily pickup and drop-off at local post office Maintain postage machine, order supplies, and manage internal mail distribution
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of facilities or office coordination experience High School diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
