We are looking for an accomplished Risk & Compliance Consulting professional to join our Industry Advisory Group. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain experience in Risk Management and Compliance, a decent grasp of technology and AI, and a proven ability to deliver transformational solutions for clients in Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the Risk & Compliance practice with a strong focus on regulated industries (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance). Drive the development of innovative service offerings leveraging AI, ML, and advanced analytics to solve real-world regulatory and compliance challenges. Design and refine go-to-market strategies and build thought leadership in the space of AI-enabled governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Evaluate and integrate third-party RegTech/FinTech platforms to expand the consulting toolkit. Qualifications: 13–15 years of relevant experience in Risk Management and Compliance in the BFSI sector. Prior experience at a global bank, capital markets firm, insurance company, or leading consulting organization. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III/IV, DORA, Solvency II, IFRS 17, AML/KYC, CCAR, ICAAP, GDPR, etc. Certifications: FRM, CAMS, CISA, or relevant compliance certifications.
