Given our clientele and business model, we are dependent on our staff working in-office. This is not a remote position. Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm; Exempt/On-Site/Occasional After-Hours Work Salary:
$5,000 - $7,000 per month, depending on experience What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for 70+ users, including troubleshooting workstations, printers, and network issues. Deliver Tier 2 support for online banking customers when issues cannot be resolved by Tier 1 staff. Assist with network administration, including user account management, permissions, and access rights. Help implement, secure, and maintain hardware, software, and critical infrastructure. Monitor, manage, and update information security systems and devices. Manage, migrate, and monitor servers and workstations. Provide backup coverage for other IT functions. Participate in special IT projects as assigned. Why You'll be Successful You have an AA or equivalent experience or coursework in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related major. Knowledgeable of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server operating systems and Microsoft Windows 10/Windows 11 on the desktop. Knowledgeable of Office365/M365/Azure Suites. You possess strong analytic and problem-solving skills, both independently and cooperatively. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Are highly motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure with time sensitive deadlines. Understand the importance of focusing on strong security. Have experience with:
IIS 6.0/7.0/7.5/8.0/10 Exchange Azure Entra SQL 2016/2019/2022 SharePoint DHCP DNS Active Directory VMware/Hyper-V Web CMS Helpdesk Platforms Performance Management tools iOS/Android Mobile Device Management Enterprise IP phone systems HTML CSS and/or Linux is a plus.
