Job Description
C.T. Male Associates, a multi-discipline engineering and architectural firm in the Northeast, is seeking a motivated and talented Network and Computer Systems Administrator who values innovation, collaboration, teamwork, and career advancement in an organization that is client and employee focused.

What You'll Do: Network & System Administration:
Install, monitor, and maintain network hardware, software, and virtual/physical systems; develop network upgrade plans and ensure regular patching and updates. Security & Backup:
Maintain system security, identify vulnerabilities, and manage backup and recovery operations. Active Directory & Infrastructure:
Administer Azure Active Directory and on-premises AD (synced), configure onsite equipment, and support WAN/LAN operations, including DHCP, firewalls, and branch tunnels. Device & Printer Management:
Maintain print servers, printer deployments, and Verizon Wireless accounts/device configurations. Vendor & Documentation Support:
Coordinate with external vendors for support and purchasing and manage updates to printed technical deliverables. Helpdesk & End-User Support:
Provide support for helpdesk issues, employee account management, PC setups, Office 365, timecard systems, software deployments, and data transfer requests as needed. Pay Range: $60,000 - $72,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a four (4) year college or technical school. Three plus (3+) years of related experience in system administration. Hands-on experience with network and server setup and maintenance, as well as hardware/software troubleshooting. Experience working with diverse client groups and support needs. Knowledge in SQL, SSL Certification work, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Sharepoint preferred. Benefits & Perks
