Responsibilities Operations Division Support. The GCC Theater Operations Division provides 24/7 operational oversight, support, and maintenance for all GCC-managed services on the Army's unclassified and classified portions of the DODIN-A. Operations Center Support. Establish a management framework to ensure identification, ticketing, tracking, escalation, remediation, and reporting of issues impacting DoDIN-A warfighter operational capabilities, from inception through closure, in accordance with Operations Division SOPs. NETCOP Management. Maintain and evolve the RCC's NETCOP to accurately depict current service capabilities for all RCC-managed DODIN-A terrain and services. Ensure clarity on system status (fully operational, degraded, non-operational) and current impacts across DoDIN-A. ASI Management. Coordinate, manage, track, and disclose all GCC, NETCOM, 7SC, Enterprise Services (e.g., A365, AVD), installation, and DISA ASIs affecting DoDIN-A warfighter capabilities, including system maintenance and upgrades. Manage ASIs in accordance with GCC SOP and DISA/IWOC policies. Report critical ASIs to leadership as per Appendix C: ITIL KPIs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD. Certifications: CCSP, CCNA, CCNP Security, CompTIA SecurityX, GIAC certifications (e.g., GCED, GCIH, GCIA, GCLD, GFACT, GDSA). U.S. Citizenship and Secret security clearance required. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
