The Senior IT Analyst Telecom Expense Management will oversee telecom expenses, ensuring cost optimization and management of fixed wireline and wireless services. Responsibilities include working with telecom providers, internal teams, and finance to ensure accurate invoicing, tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, telecom systems knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities
Manage telecom expenses and perform invoice analysis to identify errors and savings opportunities. Coordinate month-end activities, including reconciliations and accruals. Resolve invoice and payment queries. Forecast telecom expenses and monitor billing and pricing inconsistencies. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage vendor relationships. Maintain telecom inventory and oversee network-related operations. Ensure contract compliance and oversee SLA management. Support process improvements and maintain documentation. Qualifications
5-7 years in telecom or network services, managing expenses and operations. Knowledge of telecom components, trends, and TEM solutions like Tangoe, Calero, or Cass. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP. Key Skills
Experience with TEM solutions and telecom expense management. Knowledge of network components and systems. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and familiarity with ServiceNow. Strong communication and project management skills.
