Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Analytics, as well as a strong understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and performance tracking. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing. Maintain and update the company website on WordPress, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO alignment. Create and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and audience segmentation in HubSpot. Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Track and analyze marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEMrush. Build and present reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key insights. Perform ongoing keyword research and monitor competitor activity to refine SEO and PPC strategies. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure brand consistency and alignment of marketing initiatives. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, industry changes, and growth opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of measurable campaign success. Expert-level experience with WordPress website development and management. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and metadata improvements. Advanced experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and performance optimization. Advanced HubSpot user with experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, workflows, and CRM integration. Proficiency with GA4 and custom dashboard creation. Experience in A/B testing and interpreting results to improve conversion and engagement. Familiarity with CRO tools and techniques to optimize landing pages and campaign flows. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. Understanding of UX/UI principles to improve website usability and performance. Seniority level
