We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Network Engineer will support the administration, engineering, and operations of workstation and network infrastructure services. What You Will Do:
Maintain enterprise server infrastructure, applying the latest patches, upgrades, and technology refresh cycles. Perform Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD) for IT infrastructure services, delivering weekly activity reports. Conduct site surveys and submit reports on findings related to network infrastructure and workstation environments. Monitor technology obsolescence, manage upgrades, and evaluate alternative solutions. Develop deployment schedules, plans, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for new technology integration. Monitor operations and collect performance metrics for inclusion in project KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Conduct risk assessments, risk mitigation analysis, vendor trade studies, and maintain documentation to ensure IT services meet established SLAs. Lead and direct technical teams, overseeing the implementation of IT infrastructure services and solutions. What We're Looking For:
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Strong expertise in server administration, IT infrastructure operations, risk mitigation, and technology deployment. Familiarity with industry standards, network security protocols, and vendor solutions. Ability to plan, manage, and execute high-level infrastructure services. Active DoD Secret Clearance.
