We're currently hiring for a
Business Development Manager
based out of Chicago. Our client is a global leader in the staffing & workforce solutions space. Ideally, they're looking for a candidate who has sold in a service-related industry or someone coming from sales in the staffing and recruiting industry. As
Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities to expand the company's market share and presence throughout the Chicago Loop and surrounding areas. What you bring to the table: A sales hunter mentality - you love the thrill of the hunt and closing new business! Experience selling a service versus product in a B2B sales environment. You have managed a geographic territory and understand how to organize/plan your day. You thrive in a metrics and results driven sales culture and have a track record to prove it! The desire to be financially rewarded for your hard work and results! Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Our client offers fantastic perks and benefits, and they are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, someone with great ideas and who wants to continue growing in their career. This is a full-time, salaried position, paying a base of $50-65K depending on experience, with total comp ranging from $100-120K your first year, depending on performance.
