3029948 | Amazon.com Services LLC - A57 MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Position Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large-scale, high-volume data structures for business intelligence analytics. Implement data structures using industry best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, Oracle, and OLAP technologies. Provide on-line reporting and analysis utilizing OBIEE business intelligence tools against extensive multi-dimensional datasets from various sources. Gather business and functional requirements, translating them into scalable and operable solutions that align with the overall data architecture. Analyze source data systems and advocate for best practices within source teams. Engage in the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, support, and maintenance. Produce comprehensive and usable dataset documentation and metadata. Evaluate dataset implementations proposed by peer data engineers. Assess the use of new or existing software products and tools. Mentor junior data engineers to foster growth and development. Working Hours:
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm. Salary Range: $188,885/year to $205,600/year. Basic Qualifications: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field with one year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of progressive experience. One year of experience in developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics utilizing the following: ETL/ELT processes, OLAP technologies, data modeling, SQL, and Oracle.
