How You'll Contribute : As a Marketing Configuration Specialist, you will play a critical role in advancing EquiTrust’s digital capabilities through the configuration and enhancement of marketing technology platforms. This position ensures digital tools are functional, compliant, and user-centered. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, IT, Operations, and external vendors to optimize experiences for agents and customers alike. What You'll Do : Configure and maintain e-application platforms such as iPipeline and Hexure FireLight Design and implement rules logic, forms, and workflows in digital submission platforms Manage and enhance content on agent and corporate websites using CMS platforms Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant and accessible digital experiences Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and web content Conduct technical and user acceptance testing to ensure platform quality and usability Participate in digital initiative planning, requirements gathering, and documentation Maintain support logs and manage ticket prioritization and resolution tracking Coordinate vendor communications related to integrations, fixes, and enhancements Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices What You'll Bring : Education : Bachelor’s degree required Preferred : Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or related field Experience : Minimum 3 years in digital systems or marketing technology Minimum 1 year working with e-application platforms Minimum 1 year managing CMS-based content Minimum 1 year of project management experience Preferred : Experience in insurance or financial services, iPipeline iGO, Hexure FireLight, CRM, Power BI, and Google Analytics Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Strong proficiency in electronic application configuration and logic-building Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills Familiarity with CMS, APIs, system integration, and digital workflow tools Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences Committed to inclusive collaboration and continuous learning Knowledge of compliance standards in insurance tech environments Where You’ll Work : West Des Moines, IA Office Location : Mostly Off-Site Expected Travel : Infrequent travel (less than 5% of the time).
