JOB DESCRIPTION:
Montgomery County Community College's Center for Workforce Development is seeking Non-Credit Trainers for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Industrial Technology programs. Instructors will: •Deliver engaging, practical workshops in various formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid) •Teach industry-relevant skills to adult learners •Adapt curriculum based on participant skill levels •Provide hands-on training using current industry tools and technologies •Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback •Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: •Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree with significant industry experience considered •Industry certifications in relevant technology areas highly desired •Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on professional experience in the technologies taught •Prior teaching or training experience preferred •Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly •Experience with adult learning principles and interactive teaching methods •Ability to create engaging, practical learning experiences •Flexibility to teach in various formats and schedules •Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices •Commitment to continuous professional development
