Senior Business Analyst

to join a forward-thinking team working on a NextGen enterprise platform. You’ll help deliver a Unified Calculation Engine and modular, metadata-driven services that drive real business transformation. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape how our systems integrate, scale, and support business users. You’ll partner with SCRUM teams, architects, and business leaders to document complex workflows, define integration specs (JSON/XML), and model systems using tools like

Enterprise Architect (EA) ,

Miro ,

Jira , and

Confluence —without needing to code. What You’ll Do: Lead requirements gathering and process modeling across business and tech teams Document business logic and integration points for modular service design Create domain models, capability maps, and system interaction diagrams Support agile delivery, QA traceability, and SOX/FINSIG audit readiness Contribute to platform modernization through clear, reusable documentation What You Bring: 6+ years of Business Analyst experience on enterprise software or platform initiatives Hands-on with

Enterprise Architect (EA)

or similar modeling tools Strong understanding of cloud-native, modular system architectures Comfortable documenting JSON/XML payloads and service logic (no coding required) Experience in agile/SCRUM, QA enablement, and audit traceability This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite in Denver three days a week with a passionate team driving meaningful transformation.
