Director of Finance – Luxury Hospitality & Residential | Montana A luxury hospitality group is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of a high-profile property in Montana. This is a fully on-site leadership role and requires a candidate with deep experience in both luxury resort finance and residential (HOA) components. Hybrid or remote work arrangements will not be considered. About the Role: We’re seeking a high-energy, strategic finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a hands-on approach. This property operates seasonally and requires someone with experience in alpine or remote resort settings. Pre-opening experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance ● Oversee a multi-functional team including Purchasing, Payroll, AP/AR, Cost Control, and HOA Finance ● Serve as a key business partner to the General Manager and Regional Finance Director ● Liaise regularly with ownership and global stakeholders ● Ensure effective financial systems and controls are in place during and after opening Ideal Candidate: ● Minimum 10 years in senior finance roles within luxury hospitality ● Strong experience with residential/HOA operations ● Pre-opening and seasonal resort background preferred ● Proven ability to lead complex finance teams and collaborate across functions ● Must be willing to relocate and work full-time on-site in Montana ● Must be a legally authorized to work in the US. ● $200,000 USD/year base salary (firm) ● $2,000/month housing allowance (taxable via payroll) ● Performance bonus up to 20% annually ● Medical benefits: 80% premium covered (employee-only); 25% for dependents ● Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD: 100% premium covered (employee-only) ● 401(k) plan launching soon, with up to 4% employer match and immediate vesting ● Exclusive travel benefits to global sister properties at preferred employee rates ● Property discounts for dining, retail, and spa services ● Access to on-site fitness center (GM approval required) Seniority level
