This full-time leadership role offers a competitive base salary of $101,500 to $134,488 and the opportunity to lead a high-performing IMC nursing team.Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required Licensure & Certification: Active RN license in Nevada (or ability to obtain prior to start) Current BCLS certification Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience 1-2 years of progressive management experience in an acute care or critical care environment Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to guide a team in delivering high-quality patient careWhy Join?
