NP/PA opportunity for a Family Practice clinic an hour West of Madison, WI New
Rural Health Clinic located just over an hour west of Madison, WI is looking for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Primary Care rural health clinic Mon-Fr - 3 or 4 days a week 8 hour days - Wed would be day out of office Must rotate in the Urgent Care one Saturday morning every other month No call Must be able to see all ages Must have atleast 1 year experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care as NP/PA Full staffed clinic with Medical Director, NP, MA's, Receptionist, lab/rad staff, and PT EMR used is Meditech Expanse Competitive salary with wRVU production bonus, $3K sign on, up to $5K relo, and loan repayment options available
