Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Acute, Cardiac Surgery (FT 8am-4:30pm) - Delray Beach, FL
We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing acute cardiac surgery care at our facility in Delray Beach, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients in the cardiac surgery unit
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in rounds, consultations, and patient follow-up
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in the state of Florida (or willing to get)
- Prior experience in acute care or cardiac surgery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
