Diamond Medical Recruiting A renowned medical organization in the heart of Queens, NY urgently seeks a full-time, board-certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated team. As a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare provider, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients.

In This Dynamic Role, You Will

Assess patients' health, diagnose conditions, and collaborate with physicians on comprehensive treatment plans, Manage chronic conditions, treat acute illnesses, and respond to urgent medical needs, Conduct health screenings, administer immunizations, and perform routine physical exams, Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team, and Recommend innovative tools and devices to improve patients' quality of life.

To Be Successful In This Position, You Must Possess

Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner, Active New York state license, Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience as an NP, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
