Opportunity Details
78 annual 24-hour shifts Flexible schedule No call Care for: OBED Patients & unassigned emergent patients (vaginal deliveries and C-sections) 1400 annual OBED visits; 1/3rd result in Delivery Access to subspecialists including MFM Iowa’s only maternal transport team Consult with Adjunct Faculty, Medical Students, and Family Medicine Residency

Mercy One Des Moines Medical Center
is a 622-bed Level II Trauma center that has been faithfully serving the community since 1893. Averaging 3,000 deliveries per year, MercyOne Des Moines is equipped with a 44-bed Level III NICU, an 8-bed OB ED, 15 labor suites, and 40 postpartum recovery rooms.
