Engine Calibration Engineer

With deep roots in motorsports, we specialize in cutting-edge engineering, testing, and calibration services. We're seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. You'll support performance, drivability, emissions, and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions Analyze data, identify issues, and implement calibration changes Interface with cross-functional teams and customers Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering 2+ years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience Proficient with tools such as INCA, ATI Vision, or ETAS Knowledge of combustion principles, emissions systems, and diagnostics Preferred: Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance Familiarity with diesel, gasoline, or hybrid/EV calibration OEM + Motorsports programs | Data-driven engineering | Real-world impact Apply now and lead the way in powertrain innovation.
